    Sylwia is the creative force behind the SYLVIA brand, an internationally recognized fashion designer whose luxury couture creations have earned acclaim at prestigious events including Cannes, Dubai, and Paris Fashion Weeks. As founder, co-CEO, and creative director, she has expanded beyond haute couture into accessories, furniture design, and wellness concepts. Sylwia's visionary approach combines artistic excellence with entrepreneurial acumen, empowering women through both her designs and her growing social media influence, where she shares insights on confidence and personal development.

    Co-Founder & CEO

    Viktor is a resilient entrepreneur who transformed a passion for gaming into eSport Entertainment in 2003, later pivoting to eCommerce after the 2008 crisis. With his experienced team of Executives he scaled his digital marketplace Kinguin to $400M GMV with less than 300 employees. Currently, he leads Sylvia alongside his wife, fashion designer Sylwia Romaniuk, expanding into lifestyle brands with their core values: Caring, Sharing, and Daring.
